Accu-Fabric
Accu-Fabric is Woven Polyethylene material that is produced from two sheets of low-density polyethylene extruded over a layer of high-density woven polyethylene. All three layers have been treated with the latest in Ultra-Violet (UV) stabilizers and can be combined with a Fire Resistance (FR) treatment to provide excellent protection and longevity for your Accu-Steel Cover Building. Since Accu-Fabric is unique to Accu-Steel Cover Building the colors choices are unique also. Choices include: White, Desert Tan, Barn Red, Forest Green, and Navy Blue. Colors are listed in descending order of greatest light translucency and all colors have a bright white inside finish.
Accu-Steel End Walls
Accu-Steel End Walls are a fully engineered truss design. This design incorporates locations for ventilation in solid and end walls with overhead doors. Accu-Steel End Walls are designed for Fabric Gather Doors or Commercial Steel Overhead Roller Doors. Accu-Steel End Wall Trusses can be covered with Accu-Fabric or Steel Siding depending on the customer application.
Accu-Fabric Gather Doors
Accu-Fabric Gather Doors are designed to be a fully engineered overhead door based on square tubing sliding up and down in a track. Accu-Steel manufactures all of the components for the Gather Door. The steel tubing and door track are Hot Dip Galvanized after fabrication. The door track is designed so the lowest 4’ of track can be replaced if exposed to corrosive materials. A hand-operated break winch, galvanized cable, and poly sheaves actuate the Accu-Fabric Gather Door. Customers can replace the winch with electric or remote control door openers to Gathers Doors. These products do not contain bearings and ideal for corrosive environments. Another advantage of an Accu-Steel Fabric Door is to have the door opening height close to the peak of the building, this allows for dumping or stacking product near the end wall of the building. Accu-Fabric Gather Doors have an option for a top ventilation or conveyor opening. This is an excellent way to provide increased air quality and to conveyor pro duct into a building when the door opening is lined with a bulkhead.
Accu-Steel Steel Endwalls
Accu-Steel Steel Endwalls are designed to accommodate Commercial Steel Overhead Roller Doors with out costly reinforcement or modification to the End Wall structure. Accu-Steel will provide the standard dimensions of an Overhead Door Opening or can design build openings to meet the customer’s size requirements.
Accu-Steel Building Eaves
Accu-Steel Building Eaves are designed to push snow and rain away from the cover building. The keder cover terminates on the eave rail so moisture does not flow around the cover and back towards the cover building. This is especially important when using the eave to cover a feed bunk line. The eave also provides extra ventilation in the Cover Building. Accu-Steel Building Eaves range in sizes from 2’ to 24’ wide and have an adjustable height clearance depending on application and customer requirements.
Accu-Steel Ridge Vents
Accu-Steel Ridge Vents are a fully supported opening, usually located in the top center of the cover building to provide an exit for warmer air to vent. Accu-Steel Ridge Vents are most common in livestock shelter. Accu-Steel Ridge Vents are designed to be a part of the Keder Track Attachment System and provide an engineered opening that will improve the air quality in a Cover Building.
Accu-Steel Walk Doors
Accu-Steel Walk Doors are a poly core door with an aluminum casing and fiberglass exterior. The door is universal swing and can modified for a window installation. Accu-Steel End walls fully support the walk door in a Hot Dipped Galvanized frame. The Accu-Steel Walk Door is extremely corrosive resistance door at an economical price.
Interior Building Liners
Interior Building Liners are an option when trying to protect the Cover Building framework from a corrosive environment or providing a dead air space for increased insulation properties. This option will cut down and the natural light inside the Cover Building.
Ground Flap
Ground Flap is an extension of the main cover to seal a building that installed directly on the ground. This ground flap can buried next to the building or have rock placed over the ground flap. There is no cover warranty applied to the Ground Flap.
Hot Dip Galvanized Zinc Coating
The Hot Dip Galvanized zinc coating is the most popular building options that customer’s request. The 3.9 mils of zinc on all surfaces is the very best corrosion protection available on the market. All Accu-Steel Cover Building are quoted with the Hot Dip Galvanized option, some customers request a powder coating finish over the zinc to increase the strength of the coating. Other customer order Accu-Steel Cover Building with no coating on the Steel Truss System. This will save some money but there is no structural steel warranty on this option.
