Pre-Cast Concrete
Many of the foundation options in the Bar Truss Series are based upon Economical Pre-Cast Concrete Barriers or Panels. The availability and quality of Pre-Cast Concrete can differ greatly by geography. Please provide Accu-Steel with detailed information from your Pre-Cast Concrete supplier so Accu-Steel can manufactures the proper base plates on your Accu-Steel Cover Building to accommodate your foundation.
Steel Post H Beams
The Steel H Beam foundation is an option on Accu-Steel Cover Buildings when clearing an existing bunker wall or when steel siding sidewall is required. The Steel H Beam foundation is an excellent choice when dealing with changing elevations, the H Beams can vary in height allowing all the top of the beam to be level at the same elevation. The Steel H Beam foundation can provide a simple to install foundation that corrects elevations, provides clearance over existing walls, and can be sheeted for extra security.
Cast in Place Concrete
Cast in Place Concrete is the best foundation option on the Tube Truss Series and can provide an exact foundation solution on all Accu-Steel Cover Buildings. Simply pick an Accu-Steel Cover Building standard profile and sketch a foundation that will meet your requirements. Accu-Steel will provide building reactions to your foundation engineer and assist in designing an economical foundation based on your location and intended use. Cast in Place Concrete foundations can still utilize Pre-Cast Concrete as building liners to increasing bulk storage capacities with out the cost associated with tall concrete wall that have to support the building and support products like salt or grain.
