Foundations – Accu-Steel Cover Buildings have the reactions at the bases listed on the installation drawings. The building reactions determine the type of, or necessity for, a foundation. Accu-Steel Inc. works with Foundation Engineers to determine the best foundation for each Accu-Steel Cover Building application. Accu-Steel Cover Buildings 74’ wide Bar Truss and smaller buildings including the Mini Truss can use a Portable Pre-Cast Concrete Barrier Foundation. The Portable Pre-Cast Concrete Barrier allows for quick installations and relocation while maintaining an engineered structure. Portable Pre-Cast Concrete Barriers can support bulk materials loading against vertical interior walls for economical volume metric storage. Accu-Steel Building Crews have experience with foundation installations from ground anchors, Portable Pre-Cast Concrete Barriers, and cast in place concrete footings.

End Walls – Accu-Steel Cover Building End Walls are made from galvanized cold-formed channel or rectangular structural tubing. This is the same product that is used in the metal building industry. This allows Accu-Steel Cover Building End Walls to be completely engineered and ready for a cover material end panel or sheet metal attachment without having to use any wood. Accu-Steel Cover Building End Walls can accommodate any type of commercial door, ventilation system, HVAC, or other end wall option.

Accu-Steel Gather Doors – Accu-Steel has developed a gather door system that has become a product line on its own. Accu-Steel Gather Doors are an inexpensive alterative to overhead doors. Accu-Steel Gather Doors have no bearing surfacing to corrode and the track is designed to grip the pipe the harder the wind blows, eliminating pipe from jumping the track. Accu-Steel Gather Doors are manufactured from the same material as the Cover Buildings, this provides excellent protection in corrosive environments like salt storage with almost no maintenance. Pricing Options – Accu-Steel Inc has many options that affect the final price. Accu-Steel Cover Buildings Rafters are designed and manufactured to allow the rafter centers to be adjusted to meet the exact loading required in your location. The rafter centers can be adjusted to from 4’ to 20’ apart depending on the type of building style that meets your needs and on your location's loading requirements. Accu-Steel’s ability to economically adjust rafter centers allows the customer to purchase a properly designed building for the application at competitive prices. The Hot Dipped Galvanized finish on an Accu-Steel Cover Building is another option that can be replaced with a Powder Coated finish if price is a primary concern. Accu-Steel Cover Buildings come with polyethylene fabric weight in a 140 oz, and Poly-Vinyl-Chloride (PVC).
