Don't be mis-led.  You need to purchase a building that can handle significant snow and wind loads if you are in an area that is purchasing salt and other de-icing materials.  While some will tell you they can cut corners in loading because snow does not stick to these buildings, you can see in this picture that snow can accumulate on these structures.
